Thank you for the invitation by City of Hamilton, Kelly and Brett had the incredible opportunity to attend the 2025 CMAO (Country Music Association of Ontario) Awards – and wow, what a night it was! The energy, the talent, and the sheer love for country music were undeniable. But what made it extra special? Watching artists we’ve seen grow within our own walls at Main Stage Rehearsal Studios take home multiple awards!
Some of these musicians started off just like so many others – booking our hourly rooms, jamming with their bandmates, and slowly shaping their sound. We’ve seen them go from those first raw sessions, to multi-day pre-tour rehearsals in our Showcase Room, to now standing on stage, trophies in hand, with fans singing every word.
It’s a proud moment for us every time we see that journey unfold. We’re especially thrilled to see such strong talent coming out of Hamilton and Ontario as a whole – the performances at the CMAOs were next level, and it’s inspiring to witness the growth of our local scene.
