Booking Notes:

• Our studio sessions start at a minimum duration of 2 hours.  If you need to book more than 2 hours, please add the number of ADDITIONAL hours needed in step 3. (i.e. for 3 hours of studio time, add 1 additional hour to your booking).
• Room access begins exactly at your scheduled start time. Set-up and tear-down are included within your booked hours (for example, a 2-hour booking includes load-in, rehearsal, and pack-up). If you need additional time, please add it to your booking in advance.
• You may cancel up to 24 hours before your booking with no penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and cancellations made within 6 hours of the booking will be charged the full fee.

  WEATHER & INCLEMENT CONDITIONS
  The venue operates year-round and will remain open during inclement weather whenever it is safe to do so. As long as the venue remains open and operational, all events will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions, including but not limited to snowstorms, freezing rain, extreme cold, or travel disruptions. Inclement weather does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or deposit return. The only exception is in the event of a government-mandated shutdown, declared emergency, or other circumstances that require the venue to close and prevent normal operations. Any applicable cancellation fees are intended to cover staffing, operational, and opportunity costs incurred by reserving the event date.
